Portuguese node seeks for collaborator in computer sciences, in the scope of PORBIOTA

The Portuguese Node of GBIF, through its participation in the Research Infrastructure PORBIOTA, is seeking for a collaborator in computer sciences. The research grant contract will run for 36 months and requires a master degree in computer sciences. The collaborator will support the implementation and maintenance of the Portuguese Biodiversity Data Portal in the context of biodiversity data for Portugal. He will also help in the development of computing services for PORBIOTA and to manage referecence species databases. It is expected also a strong interaction with the IT teams of GBIF nodes from other countries.
